Before retiring from practice, I appeared before Judge Rosamond regularly in the Workers' Compensation Court in Jersey City. He was always professional, but had a very warm humanity about him, never forgetting that he was once an attorney. Listening to him discuss a variety of issues with other members of the bar was always worth the visit. I will be out of the state and unable to attend his funeral, which I would otherwise do, but want to extend to his family my deepest condolences on the loss of a true renaissance man.
