Amelia "Millie" Klicka, 93, of 1621 Easton Road, Warrington, PA passed away Saturday at her residence. She was born in Doylestown, PA on April 24, 1925, the daughter of the late Stephen and Marie Randa. She was the wife of the late Vincent J. Klicka Sr. who predeceased her in September 1978. Second husband Augustine Klicka preceded her in September 1999. She was a loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is remembered by family and friends for her generous, kind and gentle spirit – a true "people person". She enjoyed baking, painting, dancing, playing cards and sports especially the Phillies. An avid reader she enjoyed nature and travel. She loved to do things with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by three children: Vincent J. Klicka Jr. (Mary Ann) of Gandeeville, WV, Patricia A. Babich (Peter) of Oxford, NJ and Joseph M. Klicka (Susan) of Doylestown, PA. She is also survived by eleven (11) grandchildren, and twenty (20) great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by two brothers: Ambrose Randa(Doylestown), Victor Randa (Philadelphia), and two sisters: Victoria Radosky (Doylestown), Stephany Hluchan (Ivyland). She graduated from New Hope Solebury High School in June 1943 where she received commendation as valedictorian. She was employed as Executive Secretary by the U.S. Navy at the Naval Air Development Center in Warminster, PA for 35 years, retiring in 1980. After her retirement she was a member of the Center Square Fire Company Auxiliary, the Historical Society of Whitpain, the Senior Citizen Club of St. Helena Church and a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. She resided at Solana Doylestown Atria Senior Living and enjoyed the many activities offered, especially their walking club. While she was at the Solana, she was a Resident Ambassador, welcoming and helping new residents. A job she took great pride in. She always spoke highly of the staff at Solana and the many friends she made there. Family and friends are invited to Millie's Life Celebration, Thursday, June 14th, from 10-11am, at the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 5175 Cold Spring Creamery Rd., Doylestown, PA 18902 and to participate in her Funeral Mass at 11am. My thoughts and prayers are with all of Millie's family and friends. She was a wonderful woman and a big part of my life from my early teen years through my working days at the Naval Air Development Center in Warminster, PA. She was a like a second Mother to me over my early years. I have so many good memories of her over the years. She was instrumental in getting me an interview at NADC in 1968 as an accountant which enabled me to have a great career. I am sure that God has a special place for her in Heaven. A great life for a great woman. God Bless. I regret not being able to attend the services today.

Another Angel went to heaven on Saturday, June 9, 2018. Millie was a sweet, kind & loving person. I have not seen her in several years since she moved to Lahaska and we lost touch, but I have thought of her many times over the past few years. My heart aches today just knowing she is gone from this earth, but I will always remember her, the fun we had working at the shop together, her late night calls when she needed a hand with something around the house, or just stopping by to say hello to her and the smile it brought to her face to see me.

I have missed you since you moved away and I will miss you even more now that I know I will never have another chance to see you again. Prayers and condolences to your family. Rest In Peace Miss Millie, Godspeed.

To all the Klicka family, I am so sorry I could not be there today to say my goodbyes, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We will always cherish the times we had working at the shop with you all and trying to keep Miss Millie from doing the work she loved to do so much. It was an honor being able to call you all our friends.

All our love to you all,
Mark & Judy Greger
