Clarence Vanderzell Obituary

Clarence passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Clarence received his BS degree from SUNY Brockport and also YMCA Executive Certification at Springfield College. He proudly served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. December 4, 2019 Resided in Whitesboro, NY No Visitation Mt Olivet Cemetery 70 Wood Rd Whitesboro, NY 13492 Clarence J. Vanderzell, Jr, of Whitesboro, died peacefully at the Masonic Care Community on December 4, 2019, at the age of 93. He belonged to the Masonic Society, the Whitesboro Presbyterian Church, the Kiwanis Club of Utica, Whitestown Optimists, YMCA Professional Group, Whitestown Youth Association and Crestwood Golf Club. Interment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Whitesboro in the spring. As per his wishes, there will be no calling hours.

Dear Vanderzell Family, I was so sorry to hear of your husband/father's passing. Mr. Vanderzell was always one of my favourite people. I have nothing but wonderful memories of him and Blanche. May your memories be for a blessing.

Mr. Vanderzell was my neighbor for 20+ years while living in NY. He became more than just a neighbor to our whole family, he was a great friend. My condolences to the Vanderzell family.
