Ethor Fil

Ethor was born on April 13, 1947 and passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2019. Ethor was a resident of Idaho at the time of passing. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as a command central specialist from Sept. 12, 1966 until Aug. 14, 1969. A vigil will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Thursday, June 13, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley, where the recitation of the rosary will begin at 7 p.m. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, June 14, at St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church, 1601 Oakley Ave., in Burley, with the Reverend Father Boniface Lautz as celebrant. Burial will be in Declo Cemetery with military rites provided by the Mini-Cassia Veterans Group. The family suggests that in Ethor's memory and to support Vietnam veterans, memorial contributions be directed to the Mini-Cassia Veterans Group in care of Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 878, Burley, ID 83318-0878.
