Rodney and I where homecoming king and queen in 1979. After being crowned that night we rode around the track on the top of a highly polished red corvette. The car was slick and we had been dressed in long slippery capes. I started to slip right off the top of the car Rodney grabbed me and saved me from sliding off the car! I remember Rodney getting a standing ovation for his heroic action! We sure had fun that night. Thank’s to all our friends for making that night so special for Rodney and I. Still love you Rodney!

Rodney was and will always be one of my very best friends. The very first night that we met, I knew that I already knew this man even though we had never met before. We had that kind of a connection. It's rare and usually only happens once in your lifetime and that's if you are lucky enough to find it. I treasure the time I spent with him and I learned volumes from him. I will miss him EVERY day of my life.May the good Lord keep you safe until we meet again, Babe.

To the Brewer Family I did not know Rodney i'm sadden anytime the world loses an earthly angle. God called him home not to make you sad but he need his presence in heaven. In reading all the wonderful comments about him i know he was very special to alot of people. Hold onto your memories and love for Rodney and it will see you through the rough times. The Lord is my Rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer: my God,my strength, in whom i will trust:my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower Psalm 18:2. Camille I'm not sure if you remember me but we were rivals during track in high school, i ran for South Mountain High School (Rebels) Class of 1980. Camille stay strong in the Lord and he will bring you peace in your time of need. May the Lord bring your family comfort.
