Teddy Fields Obituary

Teddy Jack Fields, 69,, of Phoenix, passed away peacefully with
his family by his side on December 21, 2006. He was born on November 28, 1937 in Fonde, Kentucky to Maurice and Lona May Fields. He has lived in Arizona for over 30 years. Before he
retired in 1998 he owned/operated Cooler Supply Company in Phoenix. He was an avid fisherman and a U.S. Army veteran. He attended the Family of God Church in Puerto Penasco, Mexico where he and his wife have lived since retiring. He is survived by his wife Carole, sons; Mark (Kelly), Patrick (Heather), Steven (Lisa) and Michael (Tracy) Fields, daughter Kelly Sunshine (Eden), brothers; Joseph, Randy and George Fields, sister Vickie Sue Seeberger and grandchildren; Emilie, Meghan, Taylor, Paige, Cole, Tessia, Christopher, Austin, Paige, Maddisson, Kyle, Trent and Rebecca. Services will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2006 11:00am with a viewing one hour before at Pure Heart Christian Fellowship 14204 N. 43rd Ave. Glendale, AZ. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 2929 E. Thomas Rd. Phx, 85016 or to Hospice of the Valley 1510 E. Flower St. Phx, 85014. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Arrangements by Hansen Mortuary.

I was so sorry to hear of Ted's death. I was so privileged to know him,not only as a cousin but as a very dear friend. Our teenage years together are some of my best memories.Our prayers are with the family that God will strengthen them in the days ahead.
