We are terribly sorry for the family. Dave was as good of a man and friend as a person could hope to have in life. We've prayed for him and his family regularly and will be praying for the family now.
He made me laugh nearly every day that we spent together. He opened doors for lots of people and took care of them. He was enormously talented, good hearted, and genuine but I'll remember him most for being a great family man and very good friend. He will be missed.

We will remember David's laugh, his good natured acceptance of all of us military collectors and the joy you saw in his eyes when speaking about his family. We are deeply sorrowed by this news and know all his family and friends will miss him dearly. May God welcome David into heaven were there is no pain, no tears or sense of loss.
