Clement Naples Obituary
Clement Frank Mario Naples, age 94, of Stratford, beloved husband of Joan (McLaughlin) Naples, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Bridgeport Hospital. Born on August 10, 1931, in Bridgeport, Clement was the son of the late Anthony and Felicia (Matera) Naples. Clement earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law after completing his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science at Fairfield University. Clement will be deeply missed by his children: Deborah Naples; Eileen (John) Zombro; Christopher (Amy Cheek) Naples; Joan (Gene) Dieden; Kate (Chad) Odefey; Clement J. (Tracey) Naples; and Adam (Tina Newman) Naples. He is also survived by his ten cherished grandchildren. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Peace Church, 651 Stratford Rd., Stratford, CT 06615. Interment with full Military Honors will follow at St. Joseph's of Stratford National Catholic Church Cemetery, 1300 Stratford Rd., Stratford, CT. Family and friends may call on Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the William R. McDonald Funeral Home, 2591 Main St., Stratford, CT 06615, prior to the Mass.
