Jeffrey Mongillo Obituary
Mr. Jeffrey A. Mongillo, age 47, of Naugatuck died Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was the husband of Jill L. Anderson-Mongillo. Mr. Mongillo was born June 5, 1968 in Bridgeport a son to the late Donald and Eleanor (Smackey) Mongillo. He was self- employed as an automobile dealer and car detailer and was an outstanding Father and a loyal friend. In addition to his wife, Mr. Mongillo is survived by two daughters; Ashley Mongillo and Maxine Mongillo both of Naugatuck, two sons; Anthony Mongillo and Nicholas Mongillo both of Naugatuck, his Mother in Law and Father in-Law: Barbara and John Anderson of Naugatuck, sister in-law Karen Anderson of Beacon Falls, his Niece and Godchild: Brooke Middlemass, Aunt Thelma Leaffer of MA, and Uncle Bruce Smackey and his wife Artie of PA.
Calling hours will be held at the Prospect Memorial Funeral Home, 72 Waterbury Road, Prospect on Sunday, August 9, 2015 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. To place online condolences please log on www.prospectmemorial.com

I knew jeff from Bridgeport growing up in the north end. Many memories of my teen years. Spent hanging out with jeff. Always remember him and his cars. He was a good guy.
