Maxine Ledoux

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in First Pentecostal Church of Melville for Maxine Marie Ledoux, age 63, the former Maxine Marie Eusay, who passed away Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge.
Interment will be in First Pentecostal Cemetery of Melville. Brother Ray Majors, retired pastor of First Pentecostal Church of Melville, will officiate at the services accompanied by Pastor W.R. Johnson Pastor of First Pentecostal Church of Denham Springs.
Mrs. Ledoux was a native and lifelong resident of Krotz Springs. She was a retired school bus driver for St. Landry Parish School Board and prior to that, she was a hairdresser in Krotz Springs for twenty years. She was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Melville and First Pentecostal Church of Denham Springs.
Survivors include one son, Wesley Ledoux, Jr. and his wife, Amy, of Walker; one daughter, Nicole Soirez and her husband, Justin, of Gonzales; two step sons, Lester Ledoux of Eunice, and Kent Ledoux and his wife, Lisa, of TN; one brother, Jock Eusay and his wife, Brenda, of Pittsburg, TX; one sister, Margaret Toledo and her husband, John, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; one uncle, Earl, and his wife, Betty Perkins, of Pitkin; six grandchildren, Brennen Soirez, Nicholas Soirez, Chris Ledoux, Missy Ledoux, Tommy Ledoux, and Kirt Faul; and many nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Ledoux, Sr.; her parents Percy Eusay; and the former Shirley Mae Perkins; one sister, Clara Ann Wallace; one grandchild, Jadon Keith Ledoux and one step daughter, Shirleen Ledoux Faul.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at First Pentecostal Church of Melville from 8:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday.
Pallbearers will be Lester Ledoux, Chris Ledoux, Justin Soirez, Jessie Eusay, Travis Frame, and Lynard Eusay. Honorary pallbearers will be Don Pitre and Jules Frame.
