Richard Perrotti Obituary

Richard Perrotti Jr.
November 21, 1963 - May 10, 2022
Fort Worth, Texas - Richard Perrotti Jr, 58, died May 10th, after battling a long illness. Perrotti was the co-founder, along with his late father, of Perrotti's Pizza, a beloved Fort Worth and TCU restaurant staple since 1986, where he operated as the owner until his retirement.
Richard is best known for his gracious heart and sports fandom, in particular, the Boston Red Sox. One of his happiest memories is watching the RedSox break their storied 86 year curse in 2004, which he memorialized with his first and only tattoo on his arm. Other memories include watching the GOAT Tom Brady bring 6 Super Bowl titles to the New England Patriots, and teaching his children the love for the game of baseball. While his passion for Boston sports teams was fanatical, it came second to his three kids, whom he loved and cherished deeply.
Richard leaves behind three sons: Austin, Nicholas, and Andrew, two grandchildren: Levi and Roman, their mother: Jennifer, two siblings: Michael and Judi, and dear friends Joe and Nate along with countless friends, colleagues, and other individuals who have made a substantial impact on him.
A come and go Memorial for Richard Perrotti will be held at Perrotti's Pizza TCU 3021 Greene Avenue Fort Worth 76109 on Monday, June 13th @ 7PM. All are welcome.

I met Richard in 1974. Cranston Johnston Catholic regional school, Cranston Rhode Island.
Richard and I became fast friends, and it lasted our lifetime.
Over our 58 years it had an ebb and flow, but the last few years we reconnected.
We shared a friendship that spanned the decades but never seemed too far.
Richard, or Dickie as he was known in his RI days, was always a fun loving loyal friend.
So very sorry to hear of his passing.
I love you my brother!

I was a customer of Perrotti's long before I started driving for him. This is my 16th year. Rich was a hard worker who gave a retiree like me the opportunity to serve his business and make a few bucks. Thank you, Rich,.
