I am very sorry to hear of Dr. Booths passing. My mother Linda Applegate was the secretary at Cherry Valley and had the pleasure of becoming close friends with Dr and Mrs. Booth. They were both very lovely people and I loved listening to his stories when I would go visit the school. May God surround you with prayer during this difficult time. What a wonderful man I am thankful to have known.

I will always remember Mr Booth, he was my Principle in grade school in Heath at Garfield school. 1963-1968. I will always remember his shiny wing tip shoes, with heel plates and old spice cologne, it is an Air Force thing, I served them as well. Prayers to the family. Jamison Gargus, Newark Ohio.

I helped care for Colonel in his last few years. Before I left, I considered him a friend more than anything else. From swapping family stories to telling awful jokes, Colonel was definitely a beam of sunshine in my life. I only knew him for a short while, but he's a man I'll never forget. RIP, Colonel.
