Edward Donald Loch

Loch Edward Donald Loch, 79, of Pickerington, died on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. Born to the late John and Eva Loch in Akron, Edward retired from Columbia Gas after 38 years. He was a 4th Degree Knight, Faithful Navigator, and past board member in the Knights of Columbus. He and his wife Bernadette have been members of Seton Parish Catholic Church for the past 14 years. In his spare time, Edward loved listening to classical music, especially operas. He is survived by his wife, Bernadette; children, Christina (John) Carr, Mark Loch, Marla Elizabeth, and Monica (Derek Dawson) Loch; granddaughters, Moira, Anna, and Catherine; siblings, Kate Laddich and John (Anne) Loch; numerous nieces and nephews; and many wonderful friends. Edward was preceded in death by his siblings, Jim Loch, Margaret Lyman, Elizabeth Copley, and Eva Loch. Friends may visit from 3-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Road North, Pickerington, where a Vigil Service will take place at 6:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at Seton Parish Catholic Church, 600 Hill Road North, Pickerington.
