Thank you to everyone who cared enough to call, write, send flowers or offered their help with my children during the worst time of our lives.
Eric and I shared a love that endured many,many hard times and seemed to the outside world to wane at times, but in our hearts he and I know the depths of our love were unmatched in either of our lives to this point. He is sadly missed and deeply loved by his wife and children.

Dear Ashmore family,
My deepest sympathies for this immeasurable heartache and loss. I have such fond memories of Eric from our school days and a few hilarious fishing trips with Cross, Butte, and Gingery. Eric was so vivacious and fun loving. Though I haven't seen him in decades, his passing has deeply saddened me knowing Eric's life was too short. God's greatest comfort to you all.

I am so sorry to hear about Eric. I've known him since elementary school, and always thought he was one of the cutest guys in school. I bet he was a wonderful father too. I have lots of good memories of Eric being his neighbor for many years. I watched him tease the younger kids in the family along with my kids. I felt his pain with the chicken pox, and peppered he was and could hardly walk due to swelling; he was a bit old for them. He played football with excitement every Friday night while at Whetstone High School which along with this came the painting of the faces and the blow by blow replays after the games with Bob, Sherry and the boys. We all experienced his growing pains of dating while in school. Before you knew it he had became a young man, to a husband then father. Now his is on his great journey every.
