Joseph Morriello Obituary
1952 - 2018
Joseph J. Morriello, DDS, passed away on February 16 from kidney complications. Dear brother of Stephen (Jo Anne); beloved father of Karla Brehm (Joshua) and Kerriann; cherished grandfather of Francesca Brehm; fiance of Beth Griffin; nephew, cousin and friend to many. Before retiring, Joe was a Professor of Dentistry at The Ohio State University and had a successful dental practice for more than 25 years in Conneaut, OH. He was a lifetime member of the Ohio State Alumni Association, served as a trustee to the Dental Museum in Bainbridge, Ohio and was an active member of the American Dental Association. He will be missed by all who knew him. The service will be at Good Shepherd Cemetery, 733 Patton Street, Monroeville, PA 15146 on Saturday, February 24 at 11 a.m. The family would like donations to the American Heart Association, Inc., P.O. Box 15120, Chicago, IL 60693 (800-242-8721 / www.heart.org) in lieu of flowers. Remembrances can be shared at www.HillFuneral.com

I knew Joe back in the 70´s while at Ohio state. A group of us were great friends and did everything together. We supported each other through the good and bad. I´m so sorry for your loss. Joes was a great guy.

Joe was a friend and colleague of mine at Ohio State University. While Joe was teaching we had lunch together every Tuesday and enjoyed our banter about investing and life in general. He always had nice things to say about his daughters and was extremely proud of them. I was able to visit Joe a few days before he passed away and he was planning and looking forward to marrying his fiancee, Beth. I was shocked to find out that he had passed away. My heartfelt condolences to his daughters and his fiancee, Beth. I will miss you my friend!

I am so sorry for your loss. Joe was a great friend to me. I will miss going to lunch with him, Costco trips as well as Meijers. He helped me through some challenging times. I miss you my friend.
