Laurie was the warmest and most genuine person l have ever known. She was always kind and gracious, certainly a role model for how to live life well. Laurie and I worked together at Crabtree & Evelyn and became fast friends. I will warmly remember her support, camaraderie and all the laughs and tears we shared. My deepest sympathy to you Vince. She was a great lady and her loss is felt by many who were lucky to know and love her.

Dear McMorrow family, I worked with Laurie at Crabtree & Evelyn for several years. I loved working with her as she was one of my favorite colleges!! I'm sure we would have spent more time together outside the business, but I was in Texas and she in Ohio. Unfortunately we lost touch after I left C&E (2005), but it's ironic as I was just thinking of her the other day and thought I would try to find her & contact her. I just got the news today from a fellow C&E friend. Please know that she was an excellent DM and a wonderful- supportative colleague as well. Sending prayers to you and your family. Suzanne Whatley

Vince:
I was completely shocked to learn of Laurie's passing, as we had been in contact via email just a few months ago. We had worked together at Crabtree & Evelyn as District Managers, and were often roommates at the corporate meetings. We confided in each other and had a ton of laughs. She was a truly kind person, and you always felt that she was genuinely interested in what you had to say. From a professional standpoint, I always admired her inspirational style of leadership. She could so readily engage and connect with people. I really admired that! Even though our communication was spotty through the years, when we finally connected, it was as if no time had passed. I always enjoyed talking with her. I'm very saddened by the news and am so sorry for you and her family.
