Ralph A. Crabtree

CRABTREE Ralph A. Crabtree, 77, of Marysville died Sunday, February 12, from injuries received in an auto accident. He was retired from the PennCentral Railroad. He was a long time member of the Living Waters Church of God and an Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Ralph enjoyed hunting and the great outdoors. His family and church gave him his greatest joys. Ralph was born March 8, 1934 in Columbus to the late Tony and Mary E. Ledman Crabtree. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 59 years Annette Collins Crabtree, a grandson Ron Turner, and his siblings Ishmael, Estell L. & Pearl Crabtree, and Pauline Watson. He is survived by his children, Tony E. (Marion L.) Crabtree of Peoria, Paula A. (Timothy) Johnson of Raymond, Estell T. (Tammi) Crabtree of W. Mansfield, Ruth Massie of Rushylvania; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at the INGRAM FUNERAL HOME, 975 N. Maple St., Marysville, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday with Revs. Jack Marcum and James Blake officiating. Burial will follow at Broadway Cemetery with full military honors given by the Union County Honor Guard.
