EVERETT Richard Lee Everett, age 69, passed away June 14, 2010 at Franklin Woods Nursing Home. Preceded in death by wife Joyce, parents Fred and Camilla Everett. Survived by sons, Kevin (Lisa) Laski, Richard Everett Jr.; daughters, Kathy (John) Moser, Cheryl (Bill) Hughes; grandchildren, Julia Forrest, Angela (Scott) Corney, Alex Hughes, Shelby Laski; great-grandchild, Bailee Forrest; siblings, Clifford E. (Joy) Everett, Yvonne (Dick) Neff, Patricia (Otto) Lewis, Annetta (Ed) Weimer; many nieces, nephews, friends and family. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, June 19, at Columbus West Church of God, 147 Gladys Rd. Rev. Ralph Watts officiating. Arrangements completed at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123. I worked with 'Ritchie' for quite a few years. He was a fine painter, good friend and we used to joke around alot. He will truely be missed.

I always enjoyed working with Richie. We worked the high bay together back in the 1980`s. at the Rockwell Plant. He was one of the best Industrial Painters we had on the job. He was a great all around Tradesman. He could do it all. So long Brother Painter.
