Kim,
You likely won't recall meeting me. But it was thru my friend Barb (Joe) Hinds. Bob's name came up when reminiscing with an old Northland HS friend. Sadly we discovered he'd passed away last Dec. Bob was always such a character & well liked by so many. You have my deepest sympathy. I too lost my husband a few days before Xmas 2015. So I sincerely feel for you & your family. You'll be in my heart & prayers. God bless.

I was truly brokenhearted to come across this news of Bob's passing. I used to drive for STAT when Bob was dispatching. He was truly one of the greats and never a dull moment. He will be missed. Heartfelt prayers go out to his family.

Bobby was my friend and the best darn race car driver I ever saw. The early days with bobby & Kim, racing kilkare, shady bowl & cms are some of my fondest memories. He loved racing it was his passion. It was a real blessing in my life to share so much with bobby & Kim. God bless you both.

Kim,
We are deeply sorry for your loss. We wish we could be there in this time of sorrow. I have many good memories of Bobby at our house. He used to make me laugh. My mom and dad thought the world of him! May family and friends comfort you in your time of sorrow. It is times like this, that I wished we had remained in Ohio. I love the phrase "Marvin Strong." I love you and miss you!!

I was fortunate to work with Bob when he was a dispatcher for Prestige Delivery Systems for about the first six months I was employed there. I admired Bob because he was an all-around good guy not to mention being "an encyclopedia of the courier business", in the words of Tony Noland, the contractor who brought me into the fold. I was employed by Prestige as a contractor from 1999-2013 but decided to hang it up due to an accident which resulted in a broken right arm. I also admired Bob because he campaigned the race car, which for me was living the dream. The Marvin family will be in my thoughts and prayers

Bob was a great dispatcher and great friend when I worked with him. He was a very high spirited man who truly cared about his drivers. So sad to see his life cut so short
