Sharron LeeAnn Adkins, age 77, of Columbus, passed away on March 19, 2018. She was born on April 1, 1940 to the late Harry George and Evelyn Wooles. She is preceded in death by husband John Adkins, grandson Brian Adkins, granddaughter Paisley Carmen. She is survived by children, John Daniel (Chris) Adkins, Shelley (Tom) O'Connors, Larry Adkins, Traci (Larry) Lemaster; grandchildren, Tiffany Cooper, John (Kimi) Adkins, Tommy O'Connors, Michael (Miranda) Adkins, Rhiannon (Jesse) Carmen, Zachary, Jacob, Peyton Lemaster, Dustin Penix, Tyler Adkins, Rylan and Gannon Foster; great grandchildren, Caleb Scott, Chase Cooper, Bryce O'Connors, Remington and Bo Carmen, and Carter Adkins; very dear friend, Wendy Moorman; and also a host of other family and friends. Friends may call at the Heritage Free Will Baptist Church, 575 Obetz Road, on Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where services will be held Friday at 11 am. Pastor Tim Stout officiating. Interment at Obetz Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the O.R. WOODYARD CO.

I met your Mom at a time when she was grieving. She had just lost her husband. I watched as Sharron trusted the Lord to be with her and put one foot in front of the other to be there for her kids and grandchildren. She was very proud of each of you and loved you all dearly. Now she is with her Lord she loved, her husband and son. She is in a place where sickness and pain cannot enter. You were blessed with a wonderful Mom. Let her memory and the promise of seeing her again one day bring you comfort. I was blessed to call her my friend. Susie (Carla) Moore
