Thresha S. Khatib

KHATIB Thresha S. Khatib, age 52, of Eustis, FL, formerly of Sunbury passed away Thursday, June 2, 2011, in Tavares, FL following a two month illness. Born April 13, 1959 in Columbus to Arnold and Kathleen "Kathy" (Clark) Bryant of Sunbury. After attending Big Walnut High School, she moved to Virginia and then to Florida in 2001. Forever a mother and homemaker, she treasured taking care of her family, especially her girls. A gifted flower arranger, she enjoyed a deep love for animals and above all her horses, cats, and ducks. Beautiful inside and out, she was generous, kind, loving, and open hearted. Always the peace maker, she possessed a gentle spirit. She will be remembered for her love of family and making a difference in people's lives. In addition to her parents, she is also survived by her beloved husband of 10 years, Robert; daughters, Jamie Bryant of Altoona, FL, Kassandra Khatib of Eustis, FL; brothers, Mike and Arnold Bryant Jr. both of Sunbury; and her sister-in-law whom she considered her sister, Rhonda Bryant. Friends may call Tuesday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the DEVORE-SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, SR's 3 at 61, Sunbury, where services will be Wednesday, 2 p.m., interment Galena Cemetery.
