David DeVivi Obituary
Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home, 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, on Friday (September 14) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend James Fennessy, officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
David was a master woodworker and had a great passion for his work. He began working with his father at a very young age and continued working at the family business on River Road until he felt the need to venture on to more types of work. He worked at CCN International, Marshall Exteriors and then chose to come back to the family business in the past year or so. All the while he enjoyed working for individual local customers that became friends and loved doing whatever they needed to have done.
He is survived by his fiancé and love of his life, Tiffany Onderco; their two sons Cameron and Karter; his father, Peter (Andrea) DeVivi; siblings Aaron DeVivi, Ethan DeVivi, Ruby DeVivi, Leia (Garrett) Heidt, Sarah (Tim) MacDonald, Marta (Michael) Bahantka; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, special friends and the "Posse".
He is predeceased by his loving mother, Kim A (Dunham) DeVivi.

Yodi, Yodi, Yodi.... I´m devastated to hear that you´re gone. I was planning a trip to visit your mother´s grave again and was trying to look you up. OMG, this is so sad, tears are running down my cheeks as I remember our talks, walks, and shennanigans while I was entrusted to babysit you. Only 34. The world is a lesser place without you and we´re all cheated by your absence, your free spirint and kind heart. You were the most wonderful little boy I had ever met and I´ll think of you often. Oh God, what were you thinking when you took this young man?

Peter, this is awful news. I am so sorry to read of the loss of your son. My stepdaughter died of the same horrid disease at age 43. My sincere condolences go to you and the rest of your family.
