Keith Wright Obituary
He was the son of the late Frederick and Anna Wright and spent many of his formative years living with his beloved aunt and uncle, Elsie and Carl Anderson.
Following his graduation from Penn Yan Academy, Keith proudly served in the United States Army Reserves.
Keith worked for many years for Sutherland Builders before starting his own business, "Wright Way Plumbing and Electrical".
In his spare time, he was an avid collector of Santa Clause figurines and enjoyed showing off his impressive Santa collection.
More than anything, Keith loved his family.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Sally Wright; his daughters, Ann (Patrick) Mulvaney, and Tammy (Michael) Bodine; his grandchildren, Jennifer Creighton (Mulvaney), James (Tiffany) Mulvaney, Mia Bodine, Rylee Bodine, and Rachel Mulvaney; and his great-grandson Owen Creighton. He is also survived by his brother, Kenneth Wright.
He was predeceased by his dog Howard; his parents; his brother Francis Wright; and his grandson-in-law, John Creighton.
To those who knew him best, he was more than witty or kind. His love for family and friends ran deep, and the memories he created with them will remain treasured forever
The family will receive friends and relatives at Weldon Funeral Home, 102 E. Main St. Penn Yan on Thursday, March 12th from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 13 at 11 a.m.
