There are people who leave an indelible mark on your heart and Frank was certainly one of those people. He was a gentle soul who could make a day brighter with his smile and a kind word. He was a wonderful ambassador for Shands.

I also met Frank while working at Shands. He always had a smile on his face and a newspaper, coupon, kind word or magazine to pass along. I don't think he ever met a stranger!
I remember one day when he was able to catch a stray dog in the front hospital circle. He was afraid it would get hit by a vehicle. The dog was frantic and would only go to him. He was always very happy to be able to help out however he could.
He will certainly be missed.

I met Frank while he was employed here at Shands. He always had a smile and was friendly to everyone. In fact, I don't ever recall seeing him when he did not have a smile on his face. Frank always had a handfull of coupons and would share the coupons with whomever needed them. He will be missed.

Frank was a valuable member of the Shands team and will be missed by all he came in contact with. Frank was always friendly, kind and went out of his way to help visitors, staff and patients. He had a smile and a friendly hello for everyone, and made Shands a better place to be through his kindness.

Frank was such a lovely person! Always had a smile and something nice to say to everyone. Even after his retirement, he came back to Shands to volunteer and his giving spirit enriched so many lives.

I met Frank while he was employed here at Shands UF. He was one of the most pleasant people I've known. He was well loved and respected here at Shands. His positive attitude and the compassion he had for others surpassed most. His dedication to his duties and responsibilities as a Shands employee was a constant motivation and reminder to all of us. He always welcomed you with a Hello and a Smile. There will never be another Frank Adam Puglisi Jr.
I know he's one of God's chosen children. Heaven is now a little brighter!
