Mr. Harvey was my 8th grade American History teacher at Roosevelt Middle School. He had a gift for teaching that subject. The best! Such a gifted man. My sincerest condolences to his family.

I worked with Rev. Harvey at Roosevelt Middle School in West Palm Beach. He was my friend and a true gentleman and scholar. He was also my neighbor. I learned many valuable life lessons as he shared his experiences and wisdom. I am so sorry to hear that he has passed but I know that he is with the Lord.
God bless you all.
