Bobby Louis Morrison, 63, of Killian Road in Lincolnton, died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, Jan. 6, 2023, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Harvey Gates officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:45 p.m., prior to the service.
Bobby was born Dec. 26, 1959, in Lincoln County, to the late Calvin Richard Morrison and Ruby Simmons Morrison. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Alvin Eugene Morrison and Gary Wayne Morrison; and a granddaughter, Jayleigh Torres.
He worked as a truck driver.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Taylor Morrison of the home; son, Timothy Louis Morrison of Lincolnton; sister, Brenda Morrison of Lincolnton; stepson, Paul Eric Lamkin of Lincolnton; three stepdaughters, Heather Carter of Crouse, Alicia Ford and Gabrielle Ford, both of Lincolnton; and 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Dr., Lincolnton, NC 28092, or to the Cowboy Church.
