An outstanding leader and educator, Dr. Howard served as our Idaho State Superintendent. During her tenure, Dr. Howard kept the focus on children --their learning environment and their academic challenges and gains. She encouraged both parents and teachers to be the catalyst for their children's life-long learning. An inspiring and knowledgeable leader with a ready smile and sense of humor, Dr. Marilyn Howard was a dedicated and skilled professional. We will miss her!
