We will miss Jerry's laughter and smile. He brought a smile with him wherever he went. He never waked away from giving somebody a hand or help.

Jerry was our neighbor for the last 12 years. I was shocked to hear about his passing, not realizing that I have not seen him around for the last couple weeks. He was such a great guy. Very friendly, always willing to lend me a tool from his vast inventory. We will be planting a memorial tree in his honor.

What an infectious soul, I'll always hear that laugh. I remember when he fell off the roof at a jobsite and got a metal fence stake through his hind cheek. He brought copies of the feat into our office to show us just how lucky he was. He will truly be missed

I met Jerry briefly a few weeks ago at the dance studio his family has in Long Beach. You could tell from the mere moments spent with him that he loved his little sister. He embodied this energy that made others, and himself laugh uncontrollably. My deepest condolences to Denise Knight and her kind, generous family.
