Carol A. Montooth, age 79 of Eaton, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on May 29, 2025, at her residence. Born on February 18, 1946 in Cincinnati, OH, she was the daughter of the late Wade & Martha B. (McFarland) Allen.
Preceded in death by Husband of 45 Years Herman “Lee” Montooth in 2016. Sisters: Mary Allen in 1943, Margie Cottingim in 2006, and Hazel Andrew in 2017. Brothers: Frank Allen in 2001, Gary Allen in 2023, and Jerry Allen in 2022
Survived by her children: Mike & Helena Montooth of Delaware, OH, Angela, Tabatha, and Billy Montooth, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Brothers: Ronnie & Donna Allen of Goldsboro, N.C. Rudy & Judy Allen of Hamilton, OH; Sisters: Teresa & Steve Hughes of Liberty, IN. and Leisa & Mike Kloss of Eau Claire, WI
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at Barnes Funeral Home 220 East Main Street Eaton, Ohio. Graveside service will follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Camden, Ohio.
