Richard HOBBS Obituary
Our family sadly announces the death of our dear Richard Hobbs, age 57. Richard passed away, unexpectedly, in his sleep. He leaves behind his daughters Chelsea and Taylor Hobbs and beloved grandchildren, Wylie and Kingston, as well as dear friend and former wife, Dana Reiter. They all mourn his loss profoundly. He is also deeply missed by his mother, Beth Hobbs, and siblings Ken (Lucia), Beverly (Rod), Kelly (Charlene) and Lyle (Deb) plus numerous nieces and nephews. Richard will be remembered for his love of family, quick wit, sensitive soul, worldly intellect and love of music. He was greatly loved and will be missed by many. His life will be celebrated on Saturday, June 18 at 3:00 p.m. at 6630 Blenheim Street, Vancouver.

My sincere and heartfelt condolences to the Hobbs family. I worked with Richard for a few short months but he was always a gentleman, very helpful and so kind. He spoke so fondly of his daughters and grandchildren, and even sent some photos, it was clear he was fiercely proud. What a profound loss, sending thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.

Rick was great guy and we had a chance work with him when we were signing the lease of our flower shop. We remember how he was so proud about his loving family at his office during the meeting. He will be definitely missed by people at Montreux building.

Deeply saddened to hear about Richard's passing. A true and articulate professional who was always polite and helpful in getting business done with grace and with a positive result. My sincerest condolences to the entire family. Richard always spoke highly of his family and grandchildren. He was a gentle soul who was fair and loyal. I can never repay him for how much he has helped me throuout the years. I wil miss the talks about the "roses at Terra Nova" and "when will the hanging baskets arrive"." You will be missed dearly.
