I was so saddened to hear that Paula had passed! She was so kind and always available to us patients when we needed something. She will be sorely missed. My condolences to all of her family. You were blessed to have her as your relative.

I just found out today about Paula's passing. Though our only interactions were over the phone through her work, this has made me very sad. She always returned my calls quickly, and was sweet and helpful. I think she would have been a good friend, and I'm sure she is greatly missed by all who knew her. Rest easy with the other angels, Paula.

I just heard about Paula´s passing.
Im so shocked and saddened to hear this news. I have been a patient of Jane McGrath for over twenty years now and in the last 5 or 10 so years I have talked and emailed Paula many times with medication and refill questions and to re-schedule a missed appointment or ask for a different appointment and Paula was always happy to help me and she even would ask how I was and tell me not to "google" my new meds too much because it would only make my anxiety worse. (She was so right)... I never met Paula but her reassuring voice and warm personality came right through the phone as though I knew her my entire life!
My condolences to her family and friends, loved ones and Jane McGrath and all her work colleagues. She was truly a loving, caring, and beautiful human being and I will miss her voice and voice messages on my phone. RIP Paula.

I never met Paula in person, but I found her to be caring every time we spoke over the phone.
She made sure I had what I needed, the care I got from her was as above and beyond, consistently.
She made calling in about my medication not only a stress/anxiety free process, but a pleasant one. Rest in peace Paula.

I just heard this heartbreaking news. Paula was so compassionate, smart and caring. She was genuinely kind, kind, kind... Her support and dedication to her patients made navigating the provider process seamless. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with and always took the time to listen like she was a friend. I appreciate everything she has done for me over the years. My deepest sympathy goes out to her husband, children and relatives, Jane McGrath and all of her professional family. xoxo

I am truly heartbroken over the loss of my beautiful cousin. I have so many funny, sweet and loving memories that I will treasure forever. Her fear of balloons, riding bikes in an open field and having the skies open up and getting us drenched, husking corn for the first time (for what seemed like an eternity), trying to make lobsters but we couldn´t find the courage to put them in the water and had to wait until my uncle came home at 9:00 at night for him to do it, getting lost while we hiked up a mountain, getting grounded every time I visited, learning the whole Liza Minnelli album, parties, movies, laughing together, crying together, the list can go on and on. To say I lost a part of my childhood is an understatement. She was one of my favorite people in the whole world. I will miss you always and I will love you forever.

I didn't know Paula except through her work in the field of mental health. I am so pleased I got to know her through the ten years she helped me. I sent her an email letting her know I got married not just because I wanted to change my name in the system but I felt like she would be so pleased for me. The one time we met in person, we hugged and I told her she was the only reason I had kept with the same office for the last ten years despite no insurance and having moved further away. I'm shocked, saddened and hope the family knows that she changed many lives, more than you know. I meant what I said in my review of where she worked:
"The main reason I´ve stayed with Lifestance for the last 10 years is because of Rich Carey but more importantly, his assistant, Paula Higgins. She has made my mental health journey so much smoother than it could have been any where else. I don´t have insurance and drive an hour to get to the office but I still come here because of her"
Paula was one of the good ones that truly cared. She will be deeply missed by her patients.

Paula was the kindest, sweetest woman I never had the chance to meet in person. She truly was dedicated to supporting patients -- she has helped me tremendously and countless times over the years, never failing to pick up the phone and help in times of need. I will miss her kind, genuine, and heartfelt spirit. My condolences go out to her family and loved ones.
