I was deeply saddened to learn on Wednesday that Lula Bell had gained her wings,and grateful her daughter contacted me.Lula Bell and I didn't talk on a regular basis but I reached out on her Birthday ,you see we were neighbors in Tindall Heights and I am gonna miss my young friend but find comfort in knowing she is now free of all pain and suffering.My sympathy is hereby extended to Hank,Jamal,Tabitha and the entire Palmer-Howard families from here in Paducah,Ky .God bless

My Condolences to Hank and Family on the passing of Lula Bell. I was fortunate to do the Wedding between Lula Bell & Hank and from then on we became good friends. Thus causing me to reflect on the decades we shared friendship. Knowing Lula Bell was a Good Will Ambassador I pray that the Family is able to overcome the hurt and pain associated with this loss. My heart was sadden to read of the passing of my childhood friend. We talked just a few weeks ago on her Birthday. We laughed and shared find memories of our growing up in Tyndall Hights and singing in the "junior choir" at Ross Street Baptist Church. I´ll miss my friend. She fought a good fight. Now God has given her rest.

It is with a sad heart that I read of the passing of my dear childhood friend. We talked just a couple of weeks ago on her Birthday. We laugh and shared fund memories about our "growing up" days in Tendell Heights. I will miss my friend.
