I heard the news about Roy this weekend. He surely enjoyed life. We saw each other often when I was in Dublin, primarily at Rotary related functions. He frequently kidded me about winning a five pound can of peanuts that he donated to a Rotary golf tournament. Of course, he kidded about many other things too. I always knew I would smile and laugh when I saw Roy. I will miss his fun and enthusiasm, and my Mother telling me that she had seen Roy Chappell and he had asked about me. Please give my sympathy to the family.

Sincerely,

Henry Whitfield
