Funeral services for Andrew Christian "A.C." Jensen Jr., age 91, of Manitou, Oklahoma, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Les Banks and Bro. James Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Jackson Funeral Home. Mr. Jensen passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Ayers Nursing Home in Snyder, Oklahoma.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday evening at the funeral home.

Andrew Christian "A.C" Jensen, Jr., was born September 23, 1934, in Grandfield, Oklahoma, to Andrew Christian "A.C." Jensen Sr. and Gladys Lucille (Dean) Jensen. He attended Manitou schools and graduated from Manitou High School with the Class of 1952. After graduating high school, he entered the United States Army and served his country honorably. Private Jensen completed his basic training at Camp Chaffee, Arkansas, before becoming a member of the 27th Armored Field Artillery Battalion at Fort Hood, Texas. While in the military, he worked as a tank mechanic. He was united in marriage to June Isabel Barfield and from this union Erick Jensen was born. June preceded A.C. in death. He later married the love of his life, Esther "Susie" (Jones) Hutson on July 3, 1996, in Frederick. He loved and cared for Susie beyond measure. When she became ill, he was at her side and her primary caregiver until her death. A.C. was proud to be a farmer and owned and operated his own custom harvesting business. He worked with both his dad and his son. Having his mechanical experience in the service, A.C. could fix most any piece of equipment or machinery. He loved the farm and all things agricultural. He enjoyed reading books. He was a member of the Bible Baptist Church of Frederick.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Susie Jensen on December 13, 2018; a sister: Helen Hazel on September 16, 2016; two brothers-in-law: Lowell Hazel and Smokey Szatkowski; and one sister-in-law: Kathy Jensen.

He is survived by his son: Erick Jensen (Tina), of Manitou; a brother: Frank Jensen (Elaine), of Manitou; a sister: Christine Szatkowski, of Lawton; and a grandson: Trenten Jensen, of Frederick.
