Aaron Cooper 38 of Wendell NC, passed away June 3, 2025 due to medical complications. A funeral Service will be held on Friday June 13, 2025 at 1pm at Rogers Pickard funeral.
The family will receive friends beginning at 12pm before the funeral.
Aaron was born April 11, 1987 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The beloved son of the late James “Pete” Toler and Jurai “Lynn” Toler.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandparents Arnold “Pappy” Toler and Anna Mae “Mammy” Toler. As well as his beloved nephew Aydin Toler.
Aaron was a vibrant spirit with a deep love for life’s simple joys. He filled the lives of those around him with laughter, warmth, and unforgettable memories. He had a natural gift for making people smile—whether through his quick wit, infectious laugh, or the way he could turn an ordinary moment into something special. A passionate cook, Aaron especially loved experimenting with spicy dishes that matched his bold personality. He found peace and pride in his garden, where his beloved rose bushes flourished under his care. When he wasn’t tending to his plants or spicing things up in the kitchen, Aaron could be found immersed in video games, often with friends or family by his side, or spending countless hours doting on his cats Samson and Amon. Above all, Aaron treasured time spent with his loved ones. He had a big heart, a mischievous sense of humor, and a generosity of spirit that left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. Aaron’s presence in our lives was a gift. Though his time with us was far too short, the love, laughter, and light he gave will remain with us forever.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving husband, also named Aaron Cooper; mother in law Disa Fyfe, his mother, Jurai (Lynn)Toler and her significant other, Joey Johnston; his older brother, Ryan Fish and his significant other Jennifer Blankenship, his baby sister, Robin Ellis-Foster and her husband Alexander Ellis-Foster; his grandfather, Jerry Wyland; and his uncle, Jesse “Geckotan” Wyland; his nieces, Lilliana Pipitone and Sophia Blankenship; His nephews Bryson Turkale and Trystan Wyland. A host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. As well as an amazing community of friends. Each of them carries a piece of his heart and the beautiful memories he leaves behind.
