Aaron D. Funk

Aaron D. Funk, 45, of Anderson, passed away March 23, 2024, at his residence in Anderson following a brief illness. He was born on April 2, 1979, to Wilfred Duawne and Sharon Kay Funk.
Aaron graduated from Lapel High School class of 1997. He was a self-employed farmer and enjoyed farming the family farm.
He was a member of the Daybreak Church in Lapel. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children. He loved being on the farm and on his tractors.
Aaron is survived by his wife, Lynlee Funk of Anderson; children, Wyatt and Emma Funk at home; two sisters, Guina Parrish of Plainfield and Darlene "Boonie" (Glenn) Antone of Cicero; and his mother-in-law, Marla Wittkamper of Elwood.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lisa Jean Gunn; and his father-in-law, Eldon Wittkamper.
A memorial service celebrating Aaron's life will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Bozell Funeral Homes 1010 North Main Street Lapel, Indiana 46051.
Visitation will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home on Thursday.
