Aaron Paul Logan, 24, of Bismarck, Arkansas died on Friday, May 2, 2003 in Mountain Pine, Arkansas. He was born December 14, 1978 in Hot Springs to Anthony and Cathy Logan. He was a 1996 graduate of Lake Hamilton High School and South Arkansas University Fire Academy in Camden. He was a member of the Lake Hamilton Volunteer Fire Department, the Bismarck Volunteer Fire Department, and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Herschel Logan and his maternal grandfather, Ernest A. Jackson, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Shannon Logan; his son, Hunter Logan; his daughter, Kendall Logan; his parents, Anthony and Cathy Logan; his brothers and sister-in-law, Jacob & Kathy Logan, and Jonathan Logan; his paternal grandmother, Patricia E. Logan; his maternal grandmother, Shirley Jackson; his father-in-law and his wife, John & Sharon Mills; his mother-in-law and her husband, Melissa & David Curry; his two best friends, Kenny Ford and Josh Mattingly; his nieces, Sissy, Elizabeth and Frances Logan, and all of his hunting buddies.

A Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 4, 2003 at Gross Funeral Home with visitation to follow. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 5, 2003 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Monsignor Leo Riedmueller officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Andrew Logan, Buddy Trant, Dennis Fendley, T.J. Collins, Tommy Hampton, and Aaron Tipken. Honorary pallbearers are Walter Green, Sammy Wilson, Lonnie Moore, Conrad Wilson, Paul Bosson, Employees of Smith Ready Mis, 70 West Fire Department, Tommy Ford, Lane Ford, and Mike Radimer, John O’Dwyer, Bob Logan, Patrick Logan, Ernest Jackson, Jr., Darrell Ketchum, and Rick Thacker. Memorials may be made to 70 West Fire Department, 2900 Airport Rd., Hot Springs, AR 71901.
