Dateline: Three Rivers, Texas
Abran G. Loza Sr., age 79, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family. Abran was born November 24, 1945 in Tilden, Texas to Marcelo and Guadalupe (Garcia) Loza. Abran was a long time employee with the City's of Three Rivers and George West where he performed many different duties. He was also a security guard for oil field companies. Abran loved to fish and would like to call himself "The King Fisherman". When Abran wasn't fishing, he was wood working, cooking or eating. He loved his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren very much. Abran was loved by everyone who met him and he would help anyone he could. He will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends. Abran is preceded in death by his parents, 1 daughter: Joy Marie Pulliam, 3 Grandchildren, and 3 sisters: Frances Loza, Josie Moya, and Cenaida Garcia.
Survivors:
Wife of 43 years: Oralia Loza of Three Rivers, Texas
5 Children: Abran (Partner: Edward Donton) Loza Jr. of Pennsylvania, Joe Ruben Loza of Three Rivers, Texas, Sava (Francisco) Trevino of Beeville, Texas, Mary (Justin) Chimene of Three Rivers, Texas, and Josie (Abel) Flores of Pawnee, Texas
24 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Sisters, 3 Brothers, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 5PM to 8PM with a Rosary to be recited at 7PM in the Roberson Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 10AM in the Roberson Funeral Home. A burial will follow in the Hilltop Cemetery in Tilden, Texas.
