Our dear mother, Ada Alma, sadly passed away peacefully of natural causes at the age of 84 in her home in Chicago, IL on March 15, 2023.
Ada was a wonderful mother who was always there for her children. She loved nothing more than to bring friends and family together at huge gatherings that involved the best traditional home cooked meals with plenty of love to go around.
Ada is survived by two daughters, four sons and sixteen loving grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by her children as well as countless family members and friends.
Rest, dearest Mom. Thank you for being so strong for all of us. You will forever be missed and loved by everyone whose life you touched.
God saw you getting weary. He did what He thought best. He put His arms around you and said, "Come and rest." He opened up His golden gates on that heartbreaking day, and with His arms around you, you gently slipped away. It broke our hearts to lose you, You did not go alone. A part of us went with you, the day God called you home
