Ada Henley Obituary

She was born in Erie, Pennsylvania, on June 15th,1951 to the late Ned Atkinson and Elsie Farr Atkinson.
Ms. Henley was a graduate of Gannon University. She was a respiratory Therapist for more than 30 combined years at UPMC Hamot and WellStar Atlanta Medical Center.
Ada called both Erie and Atlanta, Georgia home. Ada loved shopping and watching Asian soap operas on tv. Also, spending time with family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Alberta Atkinson, Sara Martin, and Lula Atkinson. As well as her brother, Craig Atkinson.
Survivors include two sons: Richard Joyce (Crystal) and Russel Joyce, both of Atlanta, Georgia. A brother Daniel Atkinson (Linda) of Erie, Pennsylvania. Ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
A memorial Service will be held Thursday, September 9,2021 from 3:00-5:00 P.M at 1846 West 26th Street. Erie, Pa. Masks will be required. Arrangements entrusted to House of Paradise Cremation and Funeral Services Inc.
