With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our son, Adam, on October 30, 2024 at the age of 25. His life, though brief, was filled with kindness, laughter, and an unwavering spirit of adventure.
Adam had an innate ability to connect with anyone around him. Known for his big heart, he had a unique ease about him that everyone loved and admired.
He also had a passion for animals, being in the outdoors, and traveling in the U.S. and abroad, which reflected his adventurous spirit and zest for life. He was "all in" on anything he set his mind to and even in his limited time with us, he was able to live and experience what many will not over their lifetime.
He is survived by his parents, Paul and Lynn Gourley, his sister, Anne Marie Gourley, and his extended family who will forever hold him close in their hearts. The love he shared and the memories we created will remain with us always.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. followed by a service at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, November 11th in the Peachtree Corners Chapel of Crowell Brothers Funeral Homes & Crematory, where we invite all who knew him to join us in celebrating his life. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Furkids to honor Adam's memory and the animals he cared about.
Though he is no longer with us, Adam's spirit will live on in the kindness he showed everyone. Adam, we miss you so deeply. It hurts our souls to the core. You will always be loved.
