Adam Mioduszewski, 60, of Venice Florida died on July 26, 2024, after a 6-month battle with cancer.
Survivors include his wife Lisa, daughters Emily and Krystyna, son Adam, sisters Krystyna Montalvo of Hialeah, FL and Bozena Kozakiewicz of Athens, AL, brothers Kazimierz Mioduszewski of Hialeah, FL, Romuald (Soraya) Mioduszewski of Union, NJ, 6 Nephew, 5 Nieces, 4 Great nephews and 6 Great nieces.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sabina in 2016, his father Czeslaw in 1986 and brothers, Peter in 1947 and Zygmunt in 2016.
Adam was born in Poland and came to America when he was 8 months old. He spent his first 40 years in NJ before moving to Florida.
He worked for SCF where he was the Information Specialist for 19 years.
Adam was an Assistant Scout Master for his sons Boy Scout Troop 77 and an Assistant Leader for his daughters Girl Scout Troop 542.
Adam was an amazing husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. His laugh would bring a smile to all. He filled the room with happiness and laughter as soon as he entered it. He always enjoyed having a good time with family and friends, as he was often the star of the dance floor at any given party or celebration. He enjoyed westerns, war and Hallmark movies. Although from NJ, he rooted for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He is also called a "Snake Wrangler" by his children, as the snakes would get caught in the netting around the garden and he would successfully untangle them and release them into the wild, in a safer area.
He will be missed by everyone that ever met him.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, 8/4/24 from 1-6 pm, at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held Monday, 8/5/24 @ 10:00AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and later cremation.
