Adam G. Nuncio, a proud United States Marine Corps veteran, born on September 27, 1966, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on May 19, 2025, at the age of 58 in San Antonio, Texas. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Adelita and Julian Soto, brother, David Nuncio and sister, Ruth Cervantes. He is survived by his loving longtime partner, Diana Uribe; sisters: Lydia G. Nuncio (Sandra Garza) and Guadalupe Brundige (Mike Brundige), brother, George Nuncio and sister-in-law, Jackie Nuncio (David Nuncio). He was an uncle to several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews who will miss him greatly. Adam was also an excellent role model and father figure to great niece and nephew, Truth and Lydiani Paredez. He will also be survived be numerous cousins and family members.
He was a man of many interests, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. Adam was an avid fisherman, a marksman who loved the shooting range, an excellent cook, and a handyman always ready to fix and work on things. His sense of humor was infectious and kept his family laughing to no end.
Visitation will be held at Castle Ridge Mortuary West on May 27, 2025 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. with a Rosary to begin at 6:00 P.M. Final viewing will be on May 28, 2025 from 9:00-11:00 A.M. with mass to follow at St. Margaret Mary's at 12:00 P.M. Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park.
