Born in Front Royal, VA. Addie married Kent Siegel, and they spent their years following his career in the Navy, living both home and abroad. Addie loved gardening, walking and chatting with her neighbors, volunteering at church, and cherishing time with her family. After the loss of her adored husband, Kent Siegel, Adelaide remained a beacon of strength and love for her family.
Adelaide's spirit lives on in the hearts of her three daughters, Gretchen Giannelli, Julie Siegel, and Jennifer Siegel, who will forever remember her for her kindness, beautiful red hair, sense of humor, and love for her family. Her laughter and wisdom were gifts to everyone who knew her. Addie's smile could light up a room as could her laughter.
In memory of Adelaide, we invite you to share your stories, photographs, and fond memories on Adelaide's memorial page. Let us celebrate her life by remembering the love she shared, the lessons she imparted, and the joy she brought into our lives.
A celebration of life service will take place at Arlington Cemetery in October 2025. She will be buried beside her husband Kent Siegel.
