Agnes Valachovic Obituary
Agnes F. Valachovic, age 74, of Gloversville, was called home on Saturday, November 25, 2023, with her family at her side.
She was born July 14, 1949, in Saratoga Springs, the daughter of Percy and Pauline (Monty) Warwick. She was employed by Grandoe Corp. for twenty years until her retirement. She adored her cats and had an unconditional love for animals, enjoyed dining out, spending time with her family, planning functions and holiday gatherings, decorating her porch with flowers, and watching her garden grow.
Agnes is survived by her companion of 32 years, Myles Clifford; five children, Jeff Champagne (Dawn), Melissa Banta (Kevin), Lynn Montville, Edward Montville, Jr. (Kristin) and Jason Montville (Jasmine); ten grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 10 am to 12 noon on Friday, January 19th at Betz, Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Family Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St; Gloversville, where a memorial service will follow at 12 noon. Kevin Banta Sr. will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the James A. Brennan Memorial Humane Society, 437 Nine Mile Tree Rd. Gloversville, NY 12078.
