I´m so sorry for the loss of your beautiful son. He was a wonderful father and friend to many. He will be genuinely missed and lovingly remembered. I lost my father and I watch NDE(near death experience) videos which helps a lot. Especially Tony Cicoria and Nancy Rynes. He is a surgeon and she has a science background and is a former atheist. Very comforting. Hope this helps, it really is only a temporary separation.

No Need for Miles
for Aidan

Through quiet calls and typed-out thoughts,
you showed up-
steadily, kindly, just as you were.

You made me laugh when I forgot how,
listened when I had no words.
You were a calm in the chaos,
a light I didn´t know I needed.

This isn´t goodbye-just a pause,
a moment before new pages turn.
And wherever we go from here,
I´ll carry a part of you with me.
