Alan "Ace" Craigen

Alan "Ace" Craigen, 63, of Fannett, died at his home surrounded by his family Saturday, February 11, 2023. He was born on November 21, 1959, in Beaumont, to William Roy and Peggy Craigen. He found his bride at an early age on May 31, 1979, they then married on March 2, 1983 and had four children. Ace was a retired carpenter. Alan spent majority of his time being involved with his children's extracurricular activities, rodeoing, fishing, hunting, and volleyball.
Survivors include his wife, Tracie Craigen of Fannett; mother, Peggy Craigen of Fannett; children, Casey Wayne Craigen and his significant other, Natasha Blacksher, of Fannett; Cheyenne Monteau and her husband, Gary, of Winnie; Laramie Alan Craigen and his Fiancée, Taylor Boone, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Shawnee Craigen and her significant other, Jordon Lavergne, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Kadince Jones; Codee Craigen; Wyatt Craigen; Presley Simino; Riglee Simino; grandson on the way, Ransom Haze Monteau; Lincoln Craigen; Jaxton Lavergne, and Harper Lavergne; sisters, Fonda Jones and Theresa Morris; numerous nieces and nephews, and other family members and friends.
Ace is preceded in death by his father, William Roy Craigen.

A celebration of life for Alan Craigen will be 12:00 p.m., Sunday, February 26, 2023, at Charlie's Bar and Grill, 210 Texas – 73, Winnie. His cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard's Crematorium, under the direction of Broussard's, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.
