Mr. Alan Walker of Rainsville, Alabama, passed away on May 28, 2025.
Born on March 3, 1972, Alan was a graduate of Sylvania High School class of 1990. He shared 33 beautiful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Lisa, who remained by his side through every joy and challenge.
Alan was a man of deep faith who loved Jesus with all his heart. His greatest mission in life was sharing the gospel, and he lived as a faithful witness to God's love and grace in everything he did.
He found peace and purpose in the outdoors, especially while hunting and fishing. Whether in the woods or on the water, Alan felt closest to God in the quiet moments of nature. He also had a soft spot for animals, and his loyal dogs-Axle, Rowdy, and Roxy-were his constant companions and a huge part of his family.
Alan's presence brought warmth and strength to everyone around him. He had a way of making people feel seen, heard, and valued. His words were thoughtful, his laughter genuine, and his love unconditional.
Alan is survived by his wife, Lisa; his parents, Huston D. and Alice B. Walker of Henagar, AL; sisters, Tina (Chris) Stokes and Terri (David) Killian; beloved pets Axle, Roxy, and Rowdy; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Amy Leigh Walker; grandparents Robert and Alma Lee Walker and Troy and Ovell Fleming; and beloved pets Bama, Jake, Rocky, and Lizzy.
Alan will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but the impact of his life will continue through the countless lives he touched with his faith, friendship, and unwavering love.
Pallbearers will be Drake Casey, Craig McCain, Dustin Bailey, Kenyon White, Donald Odom, Carson McCain, Tanner Alexander, Tim Richey, Tyler Reynolds, and Micah Bailey.
