Johnny grew up in the Blake Community, graduated from Sylvania High School in 1967. He loved the land and all things related to farming. A member of the FFA, he farmed all his life, along with 15 years of service at Heil, Inc. Johnny served his community well as a volunteer firefighter, medic and was a help to anyone in need. Johnny loved the Lord, his church, his wife and daughter, his grandchildren and a host of family and friends. A special thanks to Enhabit Home Health and Hospice of Rainsville.

Daughter: Renee Wright Witt and husband Cody
Grandson: Logan
Chosen Grandchildren: Andrew, Harper & Sophia Hartline
