Albert served his country with honor in the U.S. Armed Forces, contributing three years of his life in the Pacific. After graduating from Sacramento High School in Sacramento, Calif., he pursued higher education, attending Ohio University, San Francisco State College, and the University of San Francisco.
His professional journey was diverse and impactful. Albert started his career as the Assistant Branch Manager of the Van Ness Branch of the Anglo California National Bank (pre-Wells Fargo). Subsequently, he ventured into the culinary world, becoming the proud owner and manager of three restaurants: Glandhand in Sausalito, Farmhand Restaurant in Guernville, and the Sand Dollar Restaurant in Stinson Beach.
Albert's entrepreneurial spirit extended into real estate, where he served as a Broker/Realtor and owner of a Stinson Beach real estate office under Oceanic Realty, starting in 1972. His influence in the business world left an indelible mark on the community he served.

His involvement in projects such as Village Green II Park and his role as the Clerk of Session of the Stinson Beach Community Church showcased his commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those around him.
In reflecting on his life, Albert often expressed his desire to participate actively and contribute to the well-being of the Stinson Beach community. His tireless efforts and enduring legacy serve as an inspiration to all who strive to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Albert's list of accomplishments is extensive.
